HetaPoke-Wy+Smeargle

One of my favourite female characters in Hetalia, I wanted to emphasize Principality of Wy' s artistic excellence.
The sole choice of Pokémon that suits her would be Smeargle since it's the Pokémon most directly linked to drawing and painting.
